Rosemary & garlic popcorn
A delicious savoury alternative if you haven't got a sweet tooth! Feel free to get creative and add herbs and even chilli flakes if you like a bit of spice!
One large bowl
Corn kernels or microwave plain popcorn
1/4 cup of canola oil (or you can use coconut oil as a healthy alternative)
1/4 cup of grated parmesan
2 tablespoons rosemary (finely chopped)
Garlic powder to taste
Salt to taste
Make popcorn according to the instructions (kernels or microwave).
Coat popcorn with oil and toss thoroughly making sure all the popcorn has a slight coating.
Continue to toss whilst slowly adding the parmesan, rosemary and garlic into the bowl, it's important to do this step slowly and gradually as to not cause ingredients to stick in clumps.
Sprinkle with salt to taste.
